Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers using Structure software, addressing software-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training sessions and tutorials for customers to help them maximize the use of the software and prepare necessary training materials (PowerPoint, videos, etc
- Collaborate with the software development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain documentation and resources for customers to assist in software use.
- Stay updated on software updates and enhancements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and/or related industry knowledge. (Fresh graduate, diploma, and tertiary graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic software knowledge of SketchUp /AutoCAD /3dsmax/ Coohom/ Aihouse/ Canva is an added advantage.
- Candidate with training/customer service experience would have an added advantage
- Good knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels
- Must be willing to travel locally and/or outstation with own transport, allowances will be provided accordingly
- Possess good communication skills in Mandarin and English
