Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to refine and adapt the sales strategy.
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s client base.
- Research and analyze potential clients, industries, and market segments.
Client and Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships through effective communication, meetings, and presentations.
- Understand clients’ needs and propose tailored software solutions to meet their objectives.
Revenue Growth
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
Contract Negotiation
- -Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favourable for both parties and align with company policies.
Market Research and Analysis
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or design related field.
- With or without experience in software sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of software industry trends, products, and technologies.
- Knowledge of interior design or related industries is a plus.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
