Job Responsibilities: 

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to refine and adapt the sales strategy.

New Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s client base.
  • Research and analyze potential clients, industries, and market segments.

Client and Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships through effective communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Understand clients’ needs and propose tailored software solutions to meet their objectives.

Revenue Growth

  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.

Contract Negotiation

  • -Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favourable for both parties and align with company policies.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or design related field.
  • With or without experience in software sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of software industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of interior design or related industries is a plus.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
